From our nine years of experience, we have identified three key areas that clients want us to facilitate for them and have developed three packages to meet their needs.

We have used the metaphor of architect for each package as this implies design, creativity, process, attention to detail and a helicopter view of the task.

Meeting Architect ~ We design and facilitate team and leadership meetings, including Induction, Project Kick Off and Review, Team and Partnership Development and Strategy. We can design only, design and develop (your facilitators) or design and facilitate, it’s your choice.

Development Architect ~ We design and facilitate individual development workshops through to full integrated development programmes, based around our CAT Model. We encourage use of projects allied to the training to ensure that skills and knowledge are transferred in to work.

Innovation Architect ~ Mixing creative consultancy, development and facilitation, this package enables your people to create great ideas, evaluate them and plan to innovate.
