Yes! And... courses that develop people to tackle your challenges and opportunities

The page you requested does not exist. A search for yes we facilitate develop your people tackle challenges opportunities projects creative resulted in this page.

We design and facilitate development programmes based on the three areas of CAT Leadership, essential when tackling major challenges and opportunities. We have run them for English speakers in South Africa, Russia, UAE and the Netherlands as well as the UK.

Our courses include:

  • Flexible Thinking
  • Powerful Communication
  • Powerful Facilitation
  • Applied Improvisation

We tailor our courses to your needs. We can  use components from our core courses to meet your specific needs, e g. presentation skills. We can combine the four courses above in to a development programme.

We work with clients to identify an organizational project to link development to, because the project creates the opportunity for people to use their new skills quickly alongside others who have also been trained. This increases the opportunity for them to embed the skills, create new processes and provide a return on your investment in training as this quote highlights.

"I have trained over 150 Gren Belts (Six Sigma for people who stay in their usual roles and do improvement projects on a part-time basis) – and the ones who have real projects to hang the theory on to are the ones who usually do the best in the exam and indeed in their delivery." Quality Programme Leader

Our courses (and our meetings) are based on the precepts of approaches called “Accelerated Learning” and “Brain Friendly Learning”:

  1. People learn through their whole self, including all their senses
  2. We all have multiple intelligences and learning should appeal to as many of these as possible
  3. We all have different styles of learning and tackling challenges e.g. some people like to learn by doing whilst others like to take a more abstract approach, using their imagination and intellect
  4. Learning should appeal to all parts of the brain to aid learning and increase retention

From these precepts, we have developed a set of action principles to give development programmes more impact. They are:

  • Create a Great Learning Environment
  • Foster Collaboration
  • Inject Variety
  • Involve the Real World
  • Engage People on Different Levels

We can also develop your people to use the five action principles above in your own training programmes.

Although courses built around the CAT Leader model are our main focus, we can also apply our five principles and our experience to develop other courses when clients request this.
