Use What Works for the Client
We don’t pull out a template course design, project plan or meeting outline and try to squeeze you in to it. We are qualified and experienced in a variety of methods including Solutions Focus, Creative Solutions Finding, Non Verbal Communication, Accelerated Learning and Improvisation. We use them as appropriate and in particular we encourage solution thinking rather than problem thinking.

We are process driven and flexible. From initial questions through to the final report, we have a process in place to ensure that we meet our commitment to you and we are agile enough to flex that process. This means we can use our improvisation skills to respond to last minute changes of plan, new developments and creative ideas
