Today, leaders must be able to facilitate change as well as direct it. Whilst developing people to facilitate meetings we also develop skills that help them to facilitate change and innovation in work. This makes them more agile when implementing ideas and helps avoid wasting all those hours.

Our Powerful Facilitation course which we have run in the Netherlands and the UK, is very practical and typically includes:



  • Preparing for the workshop

  • Focussing the group

  • Looking after the group and yourself

  • Involving the group - increasing communication

  • Dealing with issues

We tailor the content for each client and we require people to design a workshop during the course that they will prepare and facilitate back at work. In this way that participants gain experience whilst giving payback for the organisation. We can also separate components of the course, for example providing sessions on workshop design.
