We can use components from our core courses to meet your specific needs, e g. presentation skills. Please see Our Courses. We encourage clients to identify an organizational project to link development to, because in this way, people transfer their skills to work and you obtain a return on your investment. As well as development we can also facilitate those projects.

Our courses (and our meetings) are based on the precepts of approaches called “Accelerated Learning” and “Brain Friendly Learning”:

• People learn through their whole self, including all their senses

• We all have multiple intelligences and learning should appeal to as many of these as possible

• We all have different styles of learning and tackling challenges e.g. some people like to learn by doing whilst others like to take a more abstract approach, using their imagination and intellect

• Learning should appeal to all parts of the brain to aid learning and increase retention
