Yes! And...we have the experience, ability and creativity you need

John Brooker ~ Lead Facilitator

John served eleven years in the Royal Air Force in his early career where he gained junior management experience and an ability to pump aircraft fuel, kick tyres and sweep hanger floors in formation!
On leaving the RAF he worked with Nixdorf Computers as a computer technician and ATM installation supervisor before joining Visa International. He became a Senior Vice President of Visa International and has many years of line management experience, innovating new services such as the International Cash Dispenser Network and Visa’s education business in Europe.

He is a first class facilitator and trainer using principles learned from “speed learning” and “brain friendly learning”  to provide enjoyable, participative and productive events that help people deliver better outcomes and learn more effectively.

John works internationally frequently, having many years experience of working with groups of different nationalities. He is trained and experienced in a variety of creative and communication methods and techniques including Creative Solution Finding, Solutions Focus, NLP and Group Mastery. John blends the techniques as required. This enables him to take a fresh approach to your challenge.

John gained an MBA from the Open University in the 90’s and now tutors at residential schools for the OU’s Creativity and Innovation course, being noted for his enthusiasm on the topic. His experience, his love of facilitation and innovation and his fascination with methods and techniques to stimulate creativity led him, with Kate, to establish Yes! And… in April 2001. For the Open University, John has run over 25 residential courses on the B822 Creativity, Innovation and Change MBA Programme.

In his spare time, John is an avid reader, a cyclist and an improviser.
